Nick Essex was born just in time to see England win the World Cup. He was educated at Princethorpe College, Warwickshire where he excelled in Art & Athletics. In the sixth form he was appointed House Captain & in charge of the School Tuck shop*
He was awarded the Bennett Trophy for excellence in Art at Princethorpe & went on to study Art at Lancaster University .
He graduated in 1987 and worked initially as a graphic designer before specialising in Architectural illustration.
He continues to paint Portraits and his Limited Edition Prints are sold in Britain and America.
